1. QA Lead: 1 HQ Period: Perm /Outsource 6 Months Extend Salary: Max 50K Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
- Understanding the technical aspects of testing, including how to collaborate with developers and implement automated scripts.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of work
- Creating test plans and strategies
- Oversees the entire QA process, including test case development, defect management, and reporting
- Creates tracking metrics to document and track each step of the testing process
- Ensuring the project complies with quality standards
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products
2. Jr. Tester: 2 hq, Period: Outsource 6 Months extend Salary: Max 25K
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for quality assurance of software development
- Customer requirement analysis: design acceptance test used between business team and development team. Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases
- Work closely with developers to design test criteria and develop automated tests
- Lead and develop the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Robot framework, Python, Shell script
- Test management: analyze and design test cases and perform testing activities with the development team
- Defect management: perform defect logging and create bug reports จ-ศ 08.30-17.30 น./ onsite
