หน้าที่ / ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide technical support of the depot collection and delivery feature for the application, ensuring its functionality and reliability to meet user needs and therefore knowledge of Depot operations is critical for this role.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by users to minimize disruptions to operations and maintain optimal system performance.

3. Conduct thorough functional and stability testing of application features to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.

4. Monitor system performance closely, conducting regular analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement to enhance overall efficiency.

5. Collaborate closely with development teams to implement software updates, patches, and enhancements based on user feedback and system requirements.

6. Document support processes, procedures, and resolutions meticulously for future reference and training purposes, ensuring comprehensive knowledge sharing within the team.

7. Assist in managing and optimizing database administration tasks, particularly focusing on MS SQL databases, to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

8. Manage and maintain the operating environment and systems essential for the smooth operation of applications, ensuring continuous availability and performance.

9. Work closely with the service development team, providing support and cooperation to align strategies and achieve common objectives.


คุณสมบัติ
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 4-5 years experience in application support or a similar role with at least some working experience in GRAM, ERP and Business applications.
  3. Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in database administration, particularly with MS SQL databases.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
  9. Basic understanding of Depot operations is critical for this support role
