หน้าที่ / ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Case Investigation:

- Investigate cases escalated from Customer Support to identify technical issues.

- Analyze the root cause of problems and document findings.

2. Coordination with Technical Team:

- Collaborate with the Technical Team to resolve complex issues.

- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication of technical solutions.

3. System Testing:

- Conduct thorough testing of systems to validate fixes and ensure functionality.

- Report and track system bugs and issues.

4. Partner Liaison:

- Communicate and coordinate case reports and feedback with partners such as META and TikTok.

- Use English proficiently for effective partner communication.

5. Weekly Reporting:

- Prepare and present weekly summary reports of cases, resolutions, and feedback.

- Highlight trends and recurring issues to improve overall support processes.


คุณสมบัติ
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in inspecting and troubleshooting browser-related issues using browser developer tools.
  8. Familiarity with Database Administration tools for querying and managing databases.
  9. Experience with META, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  10. Knowledge of system testing and bug tracking methodologies.
  11. Certification in technical support or related fields is a plus.
