Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead IT system operation team and IT system tickets

• Process Design and Implementation: Develop, document, and implement ITSM processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

• Incident and Problem Management: Lead and oversee incident and problem resolution processes, driving timely resolution and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Service Level Management: Define, negotiate, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet and exceed service expectations.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within ITSM processes and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Report: System performance, system issue to both internal organization and customer as weekly basis and monthly basis.


Qualification
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certification in ITIL or ITSM is highly desirable.
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in IT service management, with a focus on process design and improvement.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands
  6. Good communication, Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people in an organization and also customer.
  7. Fluent in English Speaking / Writing / Listening
